This new restaurant is the collaboration of two Anchorage chefs, bringing their talent to a new place all their own. Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, they’re dedicated to handcrafting specialties using Alaska ingredients in a casual, inviting space. Working hand-in-hand with Alaska farmers, ranchers, and fisherman, the restaurant incorporates fresh seafood, summer fruits and veggies, and fine cuts of meat into each meal selection.
Having one of the best pastry chefs in the business doesn’t hurt either. Bread is made fresh daily and desserts like delectable bread pudding and towering slices of fine cheesecake offer an enticing end to your meal.
